It is important to fill out the form as soon as you are ready to reserve a training class seat. Class seats are reserved in the order they are received. The form must be filled out completely for each individual attending. This information along with the deposit is what is required to reserve and save a class seat. The information will be verified by telephone along with additional information or instructions specific to the course you have enrolled in.
